Annabella Roundabout Upgrade

N20 Mallow Town - Annabella Roundabout Upgrade (press release from Cork County Council).

Upgrade works will take place at the Annabella Roundabout, Mallow commenced on 18th April and will continue until 30th June, between the hours of 8pm to 6am.

It is intended to minimise disruption where possible to traffic flow during this period.

Description of Works: The roundabout will be reconfigured in such a manner as to allow two lanes of traffic circulate around the central island which will increase the throughput of vehicles. ESB services will be placed underground and redundant poles removed. Telecom services will be relocated and a new water main will be installed. New signage and landscaping along with new road markings will complete the scheme. Emergency services (Fire Brigade and Mallow Hospital) along with the Gardai are being kept fully aware of the works and they have the contact details of the Contractor.
